Welcome to Kassar Fashion These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile app, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using our Services.

3. Product Information We strive to display accurate product descriptions, prices, colors, and images. Minor discrepancies due to screen settings or photography may occur. Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders if items are out of stock.

5. Shipping & Delivery Return/Exchange Policy (7 Days) 1. Timeframe: Return/exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. No returns/exchanges will be accepted after 7 days. 2. Conditions: Mandatory Unboxing Video: Customers must record a video while opening the parcel. The video should clearly show the product’s condition, packaging, and invoice. Product Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags intact. Proof of Purchase: An invoice or order ID is required.
